August 01 1956-April 25 2006 in loving memory of my best friend, Darlene Foetwendel.

On April 25,2006 we lost a wonderful and compassionate lady who would make anyone love her in a minutes time.

She fought a hard battle with cancer and done everything she could to beat the beast but it was to strong to over come so God took her away and put her at peace with him.

Darlene loved to be around people and she loved the corvette family she was into and the corvette clubs she was a member of.

She loved her family and friends and was always helping others when in need.She left behind [2] sons and [2] wonderful daughter-in-laws along with [3] great little grand sons in which one will definitely be a corvette man as he loved to get behind the wheel of mine when he was only 3 yrs old,so I know he will be a vette owner....She has a wonderful sister who took care of her up until the last minute and a bro-in-law who stayed by her side thru all the the pain and suffering she went through.

God gave her to me for a short time but the memories will last a life time as I miss her more ea. Day knowing she’ll never be back again ..But I wouldn't want her to go thru any more suffering and pain..MAY GOD BLESS HER AND ALL WHO HAVE SUFFERES THE PAIN OF CANCER!!!!!
As a tribute to her I intend to make a donation ea. Year to the cancer research foundation from the sales of the corvette parts business I do in her honor.

Thank you Darlene for the time we had together and the good times you showed me in our short time together.
